There is a tremendous need for volunteers and donations all across eastern Iowa. Save Iowa tries to provide information on different ways that people can volunteer their time and efforts because healthy communities depend on volunteers.

I don’t understand why we are not hearing more about helping rebuild Iowa? Looking at the last 3 years you have been just flattened by floods. So why do we not hear about the outcome of the flooding? Why not put a stimulus package of aid together for Iowa? Put unemployed contractors and others to work fixing and rebuilding? This is a opportunity for Iowa to step up and re-build and re-direct their state in a new direction that addresses all the current pressures and issues that all of our communities are facing. Let’s re-build and re-green our Heartland!
