Looking at the last 3 years you have been just flattened by floods. So why do we not hear about the outcome of the flooding? Why not put a stimulus package of aid together for Iowa? Put unemployed contractors and others to work fixing and rebuilding? This is a opportunity for Iowa to step up and re-build and re-direct their state in a new direction that addresses all the current pressures and issues that all of our communities are facing.
